Thank you for putting this WEB Site up, and for having the vision to help others accomplish their goals and dreams.  
I have been overweight most of my life with a few years then and there, starving myself and putting in spurts of exercise , thinking that was it.
In the last 5 years, I finally have it.  IT IS A LIFETIME CHANGE we must make, what ever it is. 
I was forced to take critical  steps in order to lose 150 pounds.  I did it with a change in my eating habits and with exercise. Needless to say not the right combinations and culmination. 
But I did it!  
Now I am on the path to building muscle tone or just muscle (since I had practically lost all), and teaching myself to eat the right foods at the right time.  This is were YOU come in.  Your site is full of hints and tips that excite my interest and perseverance and also inspires me to continue to help others, as they have seen the change throughout the years in me.
I wish I could start a club with the same goals and ultimately guide them to your site for a complete circle.
My  extreme appreciation goes out to you.

The solutions you have offered are great ideas and I wholeheartedly agree that weight training is the way forward for serious fat loss.

If you don't have time for the gym or have the possibility of using weights then bodyweight workouts like these are the next best thing.
