		<description>This is a GREAT diet!  First, you don&#039;t have to do anything online or join anything.  Just use the book.  I&#039;ve found the book for 19.95.  I eat an enormous amount of food but follow the parameters set out in the book.  Sugar under 15 grams and 6 carbs a day.  Believe me it works.  First day -- no lie -- 2 eggs, 4 strips of bacon, 4 pieces of french toast, snack was a piece of string cheese, lunch was a great tasting pizza, another piece of cheese for snack and then a chicken stir fry for dinner with brown rice and veggies.  A S##tload of food.  I lost two pounds the next morning.  And I am still losing.  This is amazing.  Try it.  It is really unbelievable.</description>
